hello@kernelapps.ai1. Who handles payments
KernelApps supplies the app-building and hosting service. When a purchase is processed through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment-related requests. Paid plans are not open for purchase yet; creating an account does not authorize a charge.
2. Requesting a refund
For a Paddle purchase, visit paddle.net with the email used at checkout and your order or transaction reference. Describe the payment or product issue. For a technical problem, contact hello@kernelapps.ai first so we can help resolve it. Do not send passwords or complete card details.
Eligibility is determined under the Paddle Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms applicable to your purchase, and mandatory consumer law. Paddle’s current policy considers discretionary requests made within 14 days of a transaction; this does not guarantee approval. A request may receive a full or partial refund, or be declined. KernelApps does not add a separate unconditional money-back guarantee.
3. Canceling a subscription
Use Billing & Usage in your KernelApps workspace to manage your subscription or open the Paddle customer portal. You can also use the management link in your purchase email or contact Paddle buyer support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a previous charge. Access then follows Explore limits; records are retained, with export and recovery access. Apps above the allowance may be paused rather than deleted.
4. Creator-AI allowance and top-ups
These are service credits for AI-assisted creation and editing inside KernelApps. Purchased credit has no expiry; included monthly credit does not roll over. A refund request for a credit purchase follows the applicable Paddle policy and law, with actual consumption considered where permitted.
If an approved refund affects already used or reserved credit, we may need to reconcile the workspace before further billable activity. Account recovery and retained records remain available. Unused included allowance is not a separate payment or a cash balance.
5. Timing and your rights
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Review and bank-processing times vary; we do not promise an instant refund. Nothing here limits mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights, including remedies for defective or misdescribed products.
Paddle’s terms and the refund policy applicable at the time of your transaction govern its payment handling. For the current details, read Paddle’s full refund policy.
